Maxa Design are proud to announce that we have formally been appointed the role of Design Review Committee (DRC) for the Mullum Creek Estate.

The Mullum Creek Estate is an environmentally sustainable land development located along the Mullum Mullum Creek in Donvale. One of the many roles of the DRC is to provide design support with a particular emphasis on environmentally sensitive design.

All new projects constructed in this estate are assessed against some 65 design guidelines, all targeting the highest possible sustainable design & construction outcomes. Items such as a minimum 7.5 star thermal performance rating, 20,000 litre rainwater storage, and 2.5kW Photovoltaic panel systems, these homes are setting the benchmark in the industry for not only thermal comfort but sustainability of our built environment.
