We are thrilled to announce that we were awarded ‘Building Design of the Year 2020’ for our Donvale Passive House project at the recent Design Matters Awards 2020.

In addition to ‘Design of the Year’ this amazing project also received two other awards: ‘Best residential new home design $1M-$3M’ and ‘Best environmentally sustainable design’.

To say we are proud and thrilled is an understatement! Achieving a unique and beautiful design like this is very much a team effort and requires collaboration from a number of parties. So thank you & congratulations to R. Bliem & Associates (Engineers), Hunter & Richards (Interior Designers), Jo Henry (Landscape Designer) and Detail Green (Passive House Certifier). CarbonLite the appointed builders for the project, executed our design beautifully, bringing our creativity to life. Their expertise were crucial in meeting the stringent passive house certification requirements.
